6. Fees and Payment

Integrative Functional Medicine is a physician-led, cash-pay medical practice.

Payment is required prior to scheduled appointments unless otherwise communicated by IFM.

Service fees are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Insurance

IFM does not bill commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for services.

Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service. IFM accepts FSA and HSA cards.

Patients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary care physician and appropriate specialists.
